A Note from Pastors Doug & Donna Lasit

After 17 years of youth and young adult ministry, I am convinced that one of the most impacting years that a young adult can have is one dedicated to hear from and be changed by God.  A year that is full of prayer, systematic Bible training, and serving in the church, is a year that can never be without purpose and excitement.  I have personally seen the power of being trained by and serving in the local church.  Regardless of whether or not a person feels called to full-time ministry, we are still all called to full-time ministry.  Denver Interns will prepare any person for kingdom service anywhere, whether in the church, the educational system, the marketplace, or any field of employment in real life context where we must let Christ be seen in who we are as well as what we do.  I am excited about the opportunity to start this new program here in Denver Colorado, with some new elements, and new direction from God.  In addition these first year interns will have the opportunity to be apart of the building of The Pearl Church from the ground level.  This will be a special year with special fruit that none of us will ever forget.  Please ask God if this is the program for you this year and if it is, then we are excited to see you in the fall as we make history in Colorado serving the Kingdom of God and make his name great together.

- Pastor Doug Lasit

I am so excited about what God is going to do this year in our first internship program.  When God calls you to something and we respond, the result is fruitfulness, joy, and peace in the Holy Spirit.  I predict that this year will be a year of this and more as we do something wonderful together for God. I am especially thrilled about the Worship Ministry track where I will personally be spending my time pouring into the next generation of worship leaders, musicians and pastors.  Our team here at The Pearl Church is awaiting your arrival!  God is going to open doors for you, bless you, and provide all that you need as you begin your journey here at The Pearl Church this year.  We can’t wait to see you…

- Donna Lasit
